Served as chef in many renowned Michelin restaurants over the past 18 years, he was particularly helmed as head chef of Sushi Kohaku during 2021-2022, the finest sushi restaurant in Guangzhou. Leading a dedicated team in serving the best sushi to locals, his culinary techniques have always been highly respected.
